Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of services by providing a 7-day prior notice.

To cancel a service, please contact us with your account/service details. Any pending dues or obligations up to the cancellation date must be cleared.

2. Refund Policy

Refund requests can be submitted within 30 days from the date of service purchase or activation.

Refund eligibility will be reviewed based on:

  • Service usage
  • Work completed or delivered
  • Applicable terms agreed at the time of purchase

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be provided for:

  • Services already fully completed
  • Work already delivered or consumed
  • Customized solutions or services prepared specifically for the customer
  • Cancellation requests made after the applicable period
