These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of managed IT services, cybersecurity, and telecommunications by OptimIT Service (“the Company”). By engaging our services, the client (“the Customer”) agrees to be bound by the professional standards and limitations set forth in this document.
OptimIT Service provides technical support, network administration, and cybersecurity monitoring as defined in the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed by the Customer. We reserve the right to modify technical methodologies to adapt to evolving security threats or hardware advancements.
We aim for 99.9% network availability for managed infrastructure. However, uptime guarantees do not apply during scheduled maintenance windows, Force Majeure events, or failure of third-party hardware/software not under our direct management.
While OptimIT Service deploys advanced defense-in-depth strategies, the Customer is responsible for maintaining strong internal password hygiene and ensuring that only authorized personnel have physical access to on-site hardware.
Service fees are billed monthly in advance. Failure to settle invoices within 15 days of the due date may result in a temporary suspension of technical support. Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice.
OptimIT Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our infrastructure services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Customer in the three months preceding a claim.
All software, scripts, and network management tools used by OptimIT Service remain the intellectual property of the Company. The Customer is granted a non-exclusive license to use these tools for the duration of the service term.
